Dr. Muhammad Tufail is a Consultant Surgeon working in the capacity of Managing
Director of Patel Hospital & is Vice Chairman-Medical Advisory Council of Memon
Medical Institute.
Dr.Ashfaq Ahmed Bhutto is
Additional Medical Superintendent Civil
Hospital Karachi. He is also Chief Manager Dowite78 Operation Theater Complex at
Civil Hospital Karachi. He is visiting faculty of CPSP, teaching Healthcare
System Management. 
He
is working as Senior Quality Assurance Officer at Aga Khan Health Service,
Pakistan. He is also Co-Chairman of Quality Assurance Committee of Karachi &
Sindh Region (AKHS, P) & member of Internal Quality Audit Committee, Infection
Control Committee & Pharmacy Committee.
He is Medical and Clinical director Aga Khan Health Service, Pakistan. He
is also Executive Quality Management Representative of AKHS, P. He is MSC in Health Information
(UK), MBA in Health Service Management (UK), and Executive Diploma in Health Service Management
(UK). He is a fellow of Royal Society of Medicine, UK.
He is a Telemedicine and Health Management consultant. He is the CEO of eHealth Services Ltd, the first and only company in Pakistan which deals in
Telemedicine and eHealth. He is also the COO of Smart Health Care.
